The bar spinned sparkling aperitif program and got us drunk.

The program runs in the Entresol Bar from 5pm to 8 pm.
The bar is has galaxy colors – probably to trip on drinks.
I tried my personal favorite Mojito which was served with a twist of Sparkling wine added to the usual mix of White Rum, Mint Lemon and Sugar.
The sparkling wine added fizz without the sweetness of a soft drink and had a delightful taste.
A perfect soothing cocktail to have as the evening gets young leaving the hectic day behind.
Apeksha always fancies catchy names and went with a drink called Flirtini.
Second year into our marriage she still does get flirty many a times, luckily only with me.
Vodka stirred with a cocktail of fresh orange and pineapple juices mixed with a sparkling wine in the end without stirring. It was a flirty drink indeed.
The menu has enough choices to suit all taste buds and the list of mixes include:
Very Berry – Raspberry, Cranberry & Lemon Juice with sparkling wine
Passion Pact – A palate cleaner mocktail with Passion fruit puree and tonic water
Peach Gold – Peach Pulp, Pineapple Juice and Grenadine with soda
Glitter – Passion fruit puree with sparkling wine
Berry Blast – A fruity cocktail with Raspberry pulp, Cranberry & Strawberry juices and soda
Rose Bud – Cranberry and Lemon Juice mixed with mint sprigs, sugar syrup and lots of ice
Raspberry – Raspberry vodka with raspberry juice and sparkling wine
And as you can see the Sparkling Program is not just for alcohol lovers but also has few refreshing mock tails.
Even the cocktails on the other hand are very light on effect so that you don’t go back with a heavy head.
