Being back home in Bombay has its own whip hand.
The town is blazing with a new eatery everyday. Though this one is not so new, their Drunch is a massive foodies affair.
All of Sunday indulgences volleyed over to The Little Door. There was Karaoke, bite sized tidbits on a table, foosball, bubblies, fairy lights and a long long Sunday brunch *Drunch*!
Inside, this little door is a not so little party, just the right kind of crowd. Without reservations, you will have to turn back.
The little door has an exquisite menu on usual days, get your hands on their burger someday. It will thrill you.
The Drunch menu was a slice of the usual.
Select drinks from the most popular choice, must-have edibles and a buffet of desserts is all of what you can eat.
We started off with peach sangria and mojito.
With some Chicken stuffed spinach kebabs for company.
And then kept munching on crispies and Calamaris dipped in Basil sauce.
The Calamaris were moreish. We had to have another serving.
Our drinks were on repeat, with no shortage of food on the table.
The cottage cheese ratatouille made a stunning appearance.
Submerged in music and repeats, its not easy to miss out the Pizza.
We were so zonked by now, we shifted to Beer.
It had begun to pour; the afternoon grew prettier, only we could blurry well see.
But the point is, games like chess are really funny at such situations. No rules apply!
The Sunday drunch at The Little Door is a great wrap up on a busy week.
At 4, we dragged ourselves out, just before gobbling up all that dessert.
