The next afternoon we were up and ready to throw some snowballs at each other.
It had snowed all night long.
We had a late morning, it was freezing and we lazed around with breakfast at the hotel.
But then, you can hardly resist the beauty of a snow clad Prague, so we went on a long drive.
While waiting up for our ride to be ready and freeze free, a little walk became mandatory.
And some stretching too.
But mostly, we sat and soaked in the fresh air.
And then geared straight into town.
Prague is not overloaded with graffiti but we spotted a rare one.
How could we not get off with so much snow around.
The whole city turned into snowland.
While we trudged and behaved like we were in Game of Thrones, it began to get dark.
The experience was so overwhelming, we almost ignored the hunger pangs.
But then gave in.
Earlier in the day, we had spotted this charming massive boat restaurant near Charles bridge.
Which looked like this, by the time we changed and arrived.
Since its unethical to miss a chance to eat by the river, we walked straight in.
Starting off with garlic bread and chilli oil.
And moving on to Bruschetta and warm lentils soup.
The main course took a while to arrive, so we stepped on the deck to get the best view ever.
We finished off with Sphagetti Aglio Olio.
Penne in white sauce.
And a huge Pizza Marianara.
Grosseto Marina Ristorante was a stunner. The food was delicious, the ambience more than perfect.
The day was just fine as we cozied up in our rooms, laughing and playing the night away.
